Gallerytop Ltd is a disclosed agent selling on behalf of the artists who exhibit their artwork in the gallery. If the artist is VAT registered and a VAT invoice is required from the artist this will be provided by the artist upon request from the customer. Where Gallerytop Ltd is not a disclosed agent for the artwork the customer will be provided with a VAT invoice from Gallerytop Ltd on request.
