Small Print: Big Impression - gallerytop and Leicester Print Workshop

Leicester Print Workshop has a passion for print and throughout 2011 they will be promoting the 4th incarnation of smallprint:big impression, a showcase exhibition presenting the best in contemporary printmaking.

The smallprint:big impression exhibition was funded by Leicester Print Workshop, Arts Council England's Grants for the Arts programme and The Foyle Foundation. gallerytop is one of the five specially selected venues to host the exhibition, which starts on Saturday 3 September.

Every piece in the exhibition is small, with no printed image larger than 100 sq cm (that is 10cm x 10cm, 5cm x 20cm etc). There is also an accompanying book which provides full colour images of all the selected pieces.
